Surefit 2C receiver wires have replaced the discontinued Surefit 2B wires and the two are interchangeable – compatible with LiNX2, LiNX 3D, LiNX Quattro and Enya Receiver in Canal (RIC) hearing aids (also NHS supplied ReSound Ambio that use receiver wires). See image below for comparison.
Surefit 3 receiver wires are compatible with the newest GN Resound One, Omnia and Nexia hearing aid ranges only (post August 2020).
We also have a small stock of the older receiver wires (not listed, click here), if you need older wires than 2C and 3, please ask. If you need a Surefit 3 M&RIE MM Wire the cost is £69.95, please ask.
N.B. If you are still using Surefit 2B wires you MUST use Surefit 2 domes with them (Surefit 2 domes are dark grey). If you are using the newer Surefit 2C or Surefit 3 wires you MUST use Surefit 3 domes with them (Surefit 3 domes are light grey). Using the wrong domes may lead to a dome detaching and being stuck in your ear!
On the housing of the speaker wire you will see a number which is the size of the wire (0 to 4) and letters denoting the power level (LP, MP or HP – Low, Medium and High). The colour denotes the side ie red = right and blue = left. If you see letters and numbers 3MP in blue for instance you are wearing a medium power left size 3 receiver.
SureFit wires use a cerustop wax filter.
N.B. If you order the wrong size / type of receiver wire but can return unopened and in a re-saleable condition we are happy to replace with the correct item, however we cannot accept opened packets that we cannot re-sell.
